The IOA Greater NY Chapter presents an online discussion about re-opening in a post-COVID world with Jeri Quinn, author of the Customer Loyalty Playbook, business coach and consultant.

What’s the playbook for re-opening in a post-COVID world?

The post-COVID world is full of uncertainty but 3 things are certainly required. As business owners/advisors we must be:

  • sensitive to our customers
  • empathetic to our staff
  • ready to innovate our way into a new normal

“Never waste a good crisis” is a battle cry for re-evaluating assumptions, preparing for the future, getting closer to valued customers/clients and building a stronger culture of respect and empowerment with employees. We’ll explore how these are interconnected, what the opportunities are, what mindset is required and how you can use this crisis to build/advise stronger more resilient companies. Consider this crisis an opportunity to transform and come out much stronger.

The Greater NY Chapter of IOA is dedicated to creating a community of sharing, learning and mutual support. Our purpose is to empower local professionals members through education and awareness events. We meet on the 3rd Thursday of every other month.
